After studying at Plant Lab by Matthew Kenney, a plant-based culinary arts school, working as executive chef in renominated restaurants in Colorado and Florida, traveling around Asia, Europe, South, and North America the importance of a conscientious lifestyle was clear to Ana; therefore, she united her previous business operational and hospitality experience to create Buenoseeds, a company with a focus on helping individuals elevate their eating habits and in creating nutritional functional food products, such as aged artisan dairy-free cheese.
