On January 30th of 2019, I will be presenting at El Cielo restaurant in Miami a demonstrative workshop for the plant-based culinary. It is a pleasure to be part of this project.
Participants of the workshop will have the recipes of all the 3 courses.
The marinating of the mushroom tartar and the eggplant will be posted here after the workshop is done.
