My nutritional approach is grounded in studies demonstrating the profound influence of our eating habits on our overall health. Embracing whole-foods plant-based eating habits, free of processed and refined ingredients, can unlock the potential for deep cellular regeneration, nurturing our bodies with abundant essential nutrients, minerals, and much more!
The passion for food came while I was a child helping my grandma, who shared the secrets and magic of foods, herbs, and spices from our Brazilian culture. I traveled around the world for two years to study other cultures' relationship with food and how they use it to nurture. I understood the value of food in its entirety and the role of empowerment to help cure diseases, ease symptoms, and calm the mind and soul.

My experiences and certifications have enabled me to understand the nutritional value of food, the way it is absorbed by the body, and its healing properties. Now I can share them with you, so you can also benefit from this knowledge.
Studied at the Center of Nutrition Studies with Dr. T. Colin Campbell, a nutritional biochemist and epidemiologist who has been dedicated to the science of human health for more than 60 years. Campbell has participated in the development of national and international nutrition policy, authored 300+ research papers, and been awarded 70+ grant years of peer-reviewed research funding. With his knowledge, I was able to help hundreds of individuals achieve better health through the power of food.
Over a decade in the hospitality industry involving all the fronts of the house in leading The Team towards the Ultimate Goal from The House such as El Cielo Restaurant in Miami, Concourse Modern by Chef Luke Bergham, executive chef from The Modern in New York, and Chef Anthony Moraes, from Facebook Headquarter in New York City.
Studied the techniques of NLP at the NLP Center of New York, established in 1986 by Rachel Hott and Steven Leeds, one of the first NLP training and coaching centers in the world. Their certification is recognized worldwide for its quality and training standards.
In the heart of Miami - Brickell, La Centrale was known for its beautiful and completed kitchen by Vikings it's where I taught culinary classes to individuals looking to enhance their cooking skills towards health eating habits.
