Why I Do This Work
Most women over 35 are aging faster than they should — not because of genetics or lack of effort, but because chronic inflammation and metabolic dysfunction have been ignored, minimized, or misunderstood for decades.
I built Buenoseeds to change that.

My Background — What Makes My Approach Different
I didn’t come into nutrition through the typical academic route.
I spent years mastering food at the highest culinary level, including my role at El Cielo Restaurant, where precision, quality, and technique were non-negotiable.
That chef foundation gives me something most nutritionists lack:
the ability to translate nutrition science into food that people actually want to eat — consistently.
Later, I shifted fully into functional nutrition and longevity science.
I completed advanced plant-based nutrition training through eCornell and the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, deepening my understanding of inflammation, metabolism, and the cellular processes that drive aging.
This combination — fine dining expertise + nutritional science — shaped the Buenoseeds Method.
