OLÁ, SOU ANA BUENO

Estou vivendo um estilo de vida baseado em vegetais desde 2016, quando comecei a estudar na Plantlab, uma escola de culinária baseada em vegetais por Matthey Kenney.

 

Meu primeiro passo na cozinha foi quando criança ao ajudar minha avó, minha mãe, e às vezes, meu avô, que me ensinou os segredos da comida do zero, criando pratos deliciosos usando a magia das ervas e temperos da nossa cultura brasileira.

Antes de fundar a BUENOSEEDS, estudei no Broward College for Business Administration and Marketing, trabalhei como Diretor de Operações para o negócio anterior antes de vender para meu parceiro. Adquiri experiência em todos os aspectos da indústria da hospitalidade com chefs experientes como Anthony Moraes, chef de bem-estar da sede do Facebook em Nova York, Luke Bergman, Chef Executivo do The Modern em Nova York, Juan Manuel Barrientos, Chef-proprietário do El Cielo, Miami, FL, e ministrou aulas de culinária baseada em vegetais em La Centrale - La Cucina por Vikings em Brickell Miami, FL.

 

Aprender e vivenciar o bem-estar como resultado da adoção de um estilo de vida baseado em plantas me ajudou a redirecionar minha vida profissional. Junto com uma querida amiga e nutricionista renomada do Rio de Janeiro, Brasil, Larrissa Cohen, que auxilia na verificação e reafirmação de dados, sinto-me confiante em meu papel na sociedade, divulgando a importância de um estilo de vida regenerativo.

 

Toda essa história me levou aos meus projetos atuais, BuenoCheeZe, um cheeze artesanal sem laticínios, feito de plantas, principalmente sementes de caju, e BuenoSeeds, que fornece aulas de culinária e consultoria, para negócios e transições pessoais de orientação alimentar tradicional para uma planta- direção baseada. Parte do meu trabalho vem do The China Study de T. Colin Campbell e seu filho, Thomas M. Campbell II, e do Dr. Michael Herschel Greger, um médico americano, autor e palestrante profissional sobre questões de saúde pública.

#25: How To Conquer Your Unconscious Eating Habits with Ana Bueno

Ana Bueno is a bright light, shining her wisdom on nutrition and whole-body health. We originally met at a networking event hosted by SecondAct Women in Denver, Colorado. Ana and I compared notes about the work we do and I immediately knew she would be an asset to our Healthy Sexy Nutrition community! I also had an opportunity to indulge in her delicious vegan, gluten-free cheese. Such a treat! In this episode, we talk about how to conquer your unconscious eating habits. I know a lot of us, this time of year, have either worked on our New Year's resolutions and/or were a little extra conscientious starting in January. Now that we've had a bit of time to move through the year, it might be time to relook at some of those habits and Ana is here to help us get back on track. Ana’s passion for food came while she was a child helping her grandma, who shared the secrets and the magic of food, herbs, and spices from their Brazilian culture. Ana understood the value of food in its entirety and the role of empowerment to help cure diseases, treat symptoms and calm the mind and soul. Ana was able to integrate her passion for food, and the entrepreneurial experiences she’s had in the hospitality and business industry, with her curiosity and desire to learn to create BuenoSeeds Nutrition. With a concept to help nurture people from the inside out, building supporting pillars for a healthy and enjoyable life.
