BuenoCheeZe - The Good Cheese - was created for those who are looking forward a dairy-free version of cheese for any reason.

Whatever is the reason that made you decide to eat Buenocheeze, we understand that we are what we eat and because of that, Buenocheeze was created without any harmful ingredients to your health nor to nature.

The ingredients are simple:

Cashew, rice, coconut oil, sea salt, probiotics and lemon.

Buenocheeze is fermented with probiotics known to nurture our gut bacteria, essential to boost our immune system. This fermenting process helps our cheeze to be shelf stable. Before Buenocheese is out and about, the cheeze rest into a cheese cellar with a proper humidity and temperature to support a healthy aging process.

Continuing the aging process at home

As the Bunocheeze gets older, it get stronger in flavor, or to borrow a word, it sharper and gets firmer. It can go from smooth and creamy to crumbly with salt-like crystals called calcium lactate.

Buenocheeze has four flavors: Essential, Black, Provence and Truffle.

You can continue the aging process of Buenocheeze at your home if desired, Buenocheeze box is designed to help this process. Simply sprinkle sea salt over the cheeze, wrap it back in the original package or any container with a tight lid and keep it inside the drawer in your refrigerator. If your refrigerator has drawers, this is the best place to keep it in. Do your best to open the package every 4 days or so to see how it is going, if you see water coming out of it, just dry it with a paper towel.
