Aincrível Desafio de Bem-Estar!

Eu estava cética ao embarcar no desafio de bem-estar de 31 dias, visto que já me sentia bem informado sobre como fazer escolhas alimentares saudáveis, mas fiquei surpreso com o quanto aprendi durante meus 31 dias de alimentação à base de plantas. Existem tantas alternativas proteicas aos produtos de origem animal que nunca deixei de comer carne. O mais surpreendente é que não quero mais comer tanto frango e, em vez disso, redescobri o amor pelo grão de bico! Eu recomendaria trabalhar com Ana e aprender como a comida pode ser deliciosa e curando ao mesmo tempo! A comida é realmente um remédio e, ao seguir uma dieta antiinflamatória à base de plantas, me senti ótimo e poderia me exercitar mais? Com certeza manterei alguns dos hábitos que desenvolvi, como comer queijocomo uma indulgência e incorporando mais iogurte sem laticínios no meu menu de café da manhã.
